Buck Auto Elite Magnacut Ranger Nickel 112 knife
These knives themselves are expensive and hard to get. Vine on back spring. BOS heat treated Magnacut blade. Fat Carbon fiber Scales with purple G10 liners. There are a couple of spots on the corners of the scales where I used Starbond filler to fill in small gaps. I don’t think it’s bad at all, but it’s a lot of money and I want you excited as you were Christmas morning when I ship this to you. Zoom in on the pics and don’t hesitate to text me for more pics or a video. 817-888-5675
P.S. I know whoever buys this probably already owns an auto, but if not let me share this with you about the action. Even when using epoxy on scales for standard Buck knives there’s a moment where you have to free up the action no matter how well you taped everything and at the end after buffing you have to clean out debris to free up the action. And, every once in a while th4 action is still tight from peening the back spring. This is the second auto I’ve done and both knives, after glue up fired off and opened. Even when the frame is filled with crap they try to open. As you clean them out of course they get even stronger.
The point is the, button, pivot, lock and spring are very robust and make it an incredible auto workhorse.
